| 초록 | High efficiency deep blue organic light emitting diodes were developed using a solution processible high triplet energy phosphorescent host 9-(-3-(9H-carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)-9H-carbazol-3-yl)-diphenylphosphine oxide and a deep blue dopant iridium(III) bis(2-(4,6-difluorophenyl)-pyridinato-N,C2)picolinate. Solution processed deep blue phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes showed high quantum efficiency of 22.1 % with a color coordinate of (0.14, 0.19). |
