제목 Biopolyol production from crude glycerol based liquefaction of sunflower stalk saccharification residues
초록 The bio-based polyols have attracted great interest because of the increasing concern over the depletion of fossil fuels and global warming. Biopolyols can be used for versatile polymer production such as polyurethane and polyester. This study focused on the development of biopolyols from low-cost byproducts such as crude glycerol and saccharification residues of sunflower stalk. The influences of liquefaction parameters such as biomass loading, sulfuric acid loading, liquefaction temperature and reaction time on the biomass conversion have been investigated and optimized. Hydroxyl and acid numbers for liquefied samples were also measured. The utilization of low-cost byproducts can reduce the production cost of biopolyol.
