제목 Synthesis and Characterization of The Noble Polyimide with 2,6-Di-tert-Butyl-9,10-Diphenyl Anthracene Core
초록 The low dielectric constant (k) insulator is required for faster, smaller, and higher performance integrated circuits of the microprocessor and other advanced semiconductor devices that are so important to modern electronic and information technologies. Aromatic polyimides are among the candidate materials with low k and thermal stability. In this presentation, we show the synthesis and characterization of the new polyimides, based on the 2,6-di-tert-butyl-9,10-diphenyl anthracene monomers, that were designed to have the dielectric constant (k) reduced by lowering the polar imide concentration compared to that of conventional polyimides.
