제목 Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films prepared by sulfurization using graphite box of Cu/Sn/Zn metallic precursor
초록 Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films were grown with a two-step process. Metallic Cu/Sn/Zn precursors were stacked on Mo-coated soda lime glasses by DC/RF Sputtering. Precursor films were sulfurized by rapid thermal process using graphite box at 580℃ for 20min in order to fabrication of single phase CZTS. We studied how to optimize properties of the CZTS film using graphite box. CZTS films were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer(XRF), Scanning electron microscope(SEM) and UV-visible spectroscopy. The SEM results indicated that the CZTS film morphologies were strongly related to the compositional ratio and key plays for synthesis of CZTS single phase. Solar cells have been prepared and characterized showing a correlation between improved film morphology and device performance. Further detailed analysis and discussion of the sulfurized CZTS thin film will be discussed.
