제목 Synthesis and characterize quaternary Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) nanocrystals by hydrothermal route without using toxic chemicals
초록 Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) nanocrystals (NCs), a promising material for In- and Ga-free absorber in solar cells, were synthesized by hydrothermal method without toxic chemicals. The precursor solutions were prepared at room temperature consisting of Cu, Zn, Sn and S salts. The autoclave was then filled with distilled water up to 80 % of the total volume. The autoclave was sealed and maintained at 200 oC for 24 hours in order to synthesis of CZTS from precursor solution. Effect of complexing agents such as Na2EDTA and tri-sodium citrate on the structural, chemical binding energy, compositional and optical properties of CZTS NCs were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and UV-visible spectroscopy, respectively. The XRD, TEM results for CZTS NCs indicated that the characteristics were strongly related to the complexing agent and key plays for synthesis of CZTS NCs. Further detailed analysis and discussion of the sulfurized CZTS NCs will be discussed.
