Antibiotics Encapsulated Core-Shell Nanofiber Mats using Coaxial Electrospinning |
초록 |
Electrospinning is a process that an electric field is used to control the formation and deposition of polymers. Antibiotics encapsulated core-shell nanofiber mats were prepared using coaxial electrospinning. Poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL) and chitosan was used as shell and core of fiber. PCL was control the release of Levofloxacin and this concentrations caused difference of morphological and mechanical properties. Core-shell fiber structure was observed by SEM and TEM. Mechanical strength of fiber was measured by UTM.Increasing of PCL concentration helped to enhance both the tensile strength and formation of mats.The antibiotics encapsulated core-shell type nanofiber mats show potential for care of wounds caused by acute rhinitis. |
