Polymer synthesis by ring opening reaction of lactone using lipase as catalyst |
초록 |
Polyester have been synthesized by the polycondensation of carboxylic acid and alcohol or the ring opening polymerization of lactone. In this study, lipase-catalyzed ring-opening polymerization of lactons were investigated to understand the effect of the solvent, enzyme and water content in a reaction mixture on polymerization. The polymerization behavior of lacton depends on the lipase origin as well as reaction medium in non-aqueous biocatalysis. The relationship between the solvent type of different hydrophobicity and the polymerization behavior was investigated. |
