제목 | Low energy consumption processing of BaTiO3-(Bi,Na)TiO3 dielectric ceramics |
초록 | The BaTiO3-(Bi,Na)TiO3 (BT-BNT) with a BT-rich composition is well known as a ceramic with stable high-temperature dielectric properties because it has a much higher ferroelectric-paraelectric transition temperature than pure BT. But conventional BT-BNT solid-state synthesis method has a high synthesis temperature and high sintering temperature. The high process temperature has a limit to its application in the industry, so the BT-BNT ceramic process temperature should be reduced. In this study, reduce the process temperature of BT-BNT ceramics for industrial applications was studied. BT and BNT were synthesized through hydrothermal synthesis, and as a result, the nano-sized particles and the synthesis temperature decreased from 1000°C to 200°C. The sintering temperature decreased by 10%, and nano-sized grains were formed due to the 2-D nanosheet BNT wrapping on the BT surface. By adding sintering additives such as CuO and ZnO into the wrapped BT-BNT, the sintering temperature was lowered to 900°C. |
