Synthesis Characteristics of Li-rich Li2MnO3 Materials and its Electrochemical Evaluation for a Large Scale Lithium Batteries |
초록 |
Solid solution between layered Li2MnO3 and LiMO2 have recently been found to be attractive cathodes for lithium ion batteries. The high discharge capacity of these solid solution cathodes, which can be simplified as Li[LixM1-x]O2, is due to the irreversible loss of oxygen from the lattice above 4.5V. In this report, typical Li2MnO3 powder was synthesized as the cathode material using co-precipitation and made a composite electrode with a additive materials to improve the electrochemical activity of Li2MnO3 powder. We will focus to the structure control characteristics of Li2MnO3 material prepared by co-precipitation and the electrochemical behavior of its composite electrode in half-cell. |
