제목 characterization of organic electroluminescence devices using novel blue-emitting materials
초록 We synthesized novel phenyl-complexs for blue emitting material. It had good film-formation and excellent photoluminescence (PL) property (401nm). The device with a structure of indium-tin-oxide(ITO) / 4,4-bis[N-(1-naphthyl)-N-phenyl-amino]biphenyl(a-NPD) / emitting-material layer(EML) / 2,9- dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline(BCP) / tris(8-hydroxyquinolate)aluminum(Alq3) / Al was fabricated and it showed bright blue light emission with a peak wavelength of 450nm, CIE color coordinates of around (0.150, 0.130), and near by 1000 Cd/m2.
