제목 Silyl Substituted Methanofullerene Derivatives for Acceptor in Printed Organic Photovoltaic Cells
초록 We have reported several fullerene type acceptor materials for organic photovoltaic cells. In this study, we propose the new methanofullerene derivatives incorporated with trialkylsilyl moiety to increase the solubility without electron affinity decrease. Methanofullerene acceptor materials having trialkylsilyl substituent (PCBSis) were synthesized from the reaction of fullerene with hydrazide type reactant. Photophysical and electrochemical properties were examined by UV/Vis spectroscopy and Cyclicvoltametry, respectively. The feasibility of PCBSis was studied as acceptor materials in OPVs. OPVs fabricated by using the mixture of P3HT and PCBSis as active layer showed 2.6% of power conversion efficiency under 100 mW/cm2 AM1.5 simulated light after annealing at 150 oC for 10 min. It was revealed that PCBSis was one of the possible candidates for acceptor materials in OPVs.
