제목 | Fluorine Effect Using New Indenofluorenedione Derivatives for Electron Transporting Layer in OLED Devices |
초록 | In this study, new three indenofluorenedione derivatives were synthesized and proposed for ETL. Three compounds are indeno[1,2-b]fluorene-6,12-dione (IF-dione), 2,8-Difluoro-indeno[1,2-b]fluorene-6,12-dione (MonoF-IF-dione), and 1,2,3,7,8,9-Hexafluoro-indeno[1,2-b]fluorene-6,12-dione (TriF-IF-dione) MonoF-IF-dione and TriF-IF-dione include fluorine halogen group at compound, which can withdraw electron from aromatic ring. The changes of electro-optical properties of compounds caused by the change of fluorine number were examined. Especially, three compounds were used as an ETL in OLED device. |
