Two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) have provoked an extensive interest in the past few years due to their layer-dependent properties, such as radical scavenge and antioxidation. In this work, we embed TMD nanosheets into poly (ethylene glycol) diacrylate hydrogel matrices for fabricating novel biocargoes. Then, we investigate how surrounding phase conditions affect the photoluminescence spectra. Furthermore, we analyze their optical properties and antioxidation activity. Finally, we propose that the TMD nanosheets-immobilized hydrogel microparticles are truly useful for exploring new biomolecular applications in the fields of dermatology and cosmetics. |
