Fabrication of biodegradable and pH sensitive polymersome using novel poly (β-amino ester). |
초록 |
Polymeric drug delivery systems are used for reducing the negative side effects and maximizing the efficacy of drugs. And polymeric drug delivery systems are possible to release in specific site via use of stimuli-responsive polymers. In this study, we made biodegradable and permeable polymersome by self assembly mechanism hydrophobic parts and hydrophilic parts. Polymersome was investigated from transmission electron microscope (TEM) and dynamic light scattering (DLS). And polymersome also has pH sensitive property. It is stable at pH 7.4 but it is instable under acidified endosomal pH (5.0~6.5). Fluorescence study using 2-(p-toluidino) naphthalene-6-sulfonic acid (TNS) demonstrate pH sensitive property. |
