제목 Preparation and Characterization of Photo Reactive Azidophenyl Hyaluronic Acid Derivative for Protein Immobilization
초록 To immobilize proteins such as growth factor, photo reactive azidophenyl hyaluronic acid (Az-HA) derivative was synthesized. The photo sensitizing group, 4-azidoaniline was introduced to carboxyl group of hyaluronic acid using by water soluble carbodiimide, 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC). To confirm the synthesis was successful, FTIR and 1H NMR spectroscopy and UV absorbance spectroscopy was performed. We also checked protein immobilizing effect of Az-HA derivative using by fluorescein isothiocyanate conjugated albumin (FITC-BSA) on the micropattern. Cytotoxicity and relative cell proliferation of with Az-HA derivative was performed on 3T3-L1 fibroblast cell lines.
