제목 Diethylstilbestrol imprinted periodic mesoporous organosilica
초록 Molecularly imprinted materials have potential uses in applications such as chemical sensors, catalysts, and membranes for separating toxic chemicals. Molecularly imprinted mesoporous silica particles were synthesized by a sol-gel reaction of TEOS and triethoxysilane-DES (template) complex in an aqueous solution of CTAB and subsequent extraction of the template molecules. The triethoxysilane-template complex was prepared by the reaction of the triethoxysilane compound having an isocyanate group and DES having phenol moieties, in which the template was attached to the monomer via a thermally reversible urethane bond. The structures of the silica particles were investigated by SEM, TEM, X-ray diffraction, and N2 adsorption-desorption experiment. The specific recognition ability of the imprinted silica particles for the DES and its structural analogues was investigated.
