Various organic dielectrics have been screened including polyvinyphenol, polymethacrylate, polyimide, polyvinyl alcohol, parylene, etc. Here, the gate dielectric layer for organic thin film transistors has been printed using a thermally cross-linkable epoxy based organosiloxane hybrid materials. In this study, we would like to show the comparative electrical characteristics of all printed thin film transistors with the hybrid dielectric layer on PET films and with 300 nm thickness of SiO2 layer on silicon wafer. |
