Thermosensitive injectable hydrogels for controlled protein delivery |
초록 |
Polymeric hydrogls have been widely explored for biomedical applications because of their water content and generally favorable biocompatibility. Particularly, thermosensitive hydrogels are of great interest in drug delivery, cell encapsulation, and tissue engineering. This study aims to develop a injectable, thermosensitive system based on poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) hydrogel, that can serve as a therapeutic drug delivery system promoting tissue repair and regeneration. We prepared loosely crosslinked poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-phosphonic acid) hydrogels and investigated their physicochemical characteristics and in vitro release kinetics of drug. |
