Perfluorocyclobutane based hole transporting polymer for polymer light-emitting diodes |
초록 |
New curable arylamine containing perfluorocyclobutane (PFCB) materials without acidic groups were successfully synthesized. These polymer thin films were transparent and colorless. They had >90% transmission over the entire visible region. These polymers had high thermal stability. Glass transition temperature and decomposition temperature of these polymer were 142 to 150 ℃ and 354 to 373 ℃, respectively. These polymer films had excellent solvent resistance in common organic solvents such as chlorobenzene and toluene. In addition, these thin films had smooth surface morphology and good wettability with emitting layer. |
