제목 Investigation of oxidation-dependent surface charge effect on self-polarization and self-biased magentoelectric effect in the laminate films of PVDF/CoFe2O4/Ni
초록  Polymer-based magnetoelectric (ME) films having low price, flexibility, and biocompatibility have been actively studied due to their potential for bio-applications. Poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) and its copolymer were used for ME films because of good piezoelectric responses proportional to ME responses. In particular, the improvement of β-phase which can induce spontaneous polarization were considered for ideal ME films. However, a poling process to align β-phase by applying high electric field still needed to produce ME response.  
 In this study, PVDF/CoFe2O4/Ni ME laminate films with self-polarization and self-bias ME effect were obtained by sol-gel and bar-casting. First, CoFe2O4 were coated on the Ni by sol-gel with calcination. Then, PVDF/CoFe2O4/Ni ME laminate films were prepared by casting PVDF through bar-casting. Our ME films had not only self-aligned β-phase from electrostatic interaction at interfacial regions but also self-bias effect from CoFe2O4/Ni.
