제목 An alternative SCR catalyst coated on metallic structure for NH3-NOx reduction at low-temperature
초록 Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) is the most efficient technique for nitrogen oxides removal to meet tight regulation. However, the typical SCR catalysts are significantly decreased the SCR performance at low temperatures. To solve this problem, many researchers have focused on low-temperature SCR catalysts.
We studied metallic structured SCR catalyst at low-temperature to supplement the defects of existing ceramic honeycomb based catalyst such as weak strength. And to enhance the catalytic activities at low temperatures, TiO2 (TM) support derived from MIL-125(Ti), which have cake-like morphology with high surface area and hierarchical pore structure, was synthesized through a heat treatment process. The MnOx/TM catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and characterized by SEM, BET, XRD, and TPD. It had higher specific surface area, acid points, and SCR performance of MnOx/TM compared to a commercial MnOx/TiO2.
