Influence of modified cellulose fiber on the coefficient of thermal expansion and transmittance of poly ether sulfone composite film |
초록 |
Modified cellulose fiber and poly ether sulfone (PES) composite film was prepared by a simple solution casting for low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) without sacrificing transmittance. The modified cellulose fiber was fabricated by a bromination and copolymerization with poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) and polystyrene (PS) [CPP fiber]. Here, PAA provides to enhance the dispersion of CPP fiber in PES matrix, while PS to improve the compatibility between CPP fiber and PES. CPP/PES composite film was obtained using by a solution casting in DMF. The optical and mechanical property and morphology of the composite film were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, CTE, and transmittance. Modified cellulose fiber can lead to disperse well in PES matrix, to maintain high transmittance, and to reduce the CTE value of PES film. |
