제목 | Ethylene Oligomerizations to Low-carbon Linear a-olefins by Phenoxy-imine Nickel (Ⅱ) Complexes Comnined with Ethylaluminum Sesquichloride |
초록 | A series of phenoxy-imine nickel complexes were prepared by using one-shot method with proper anilines, salicylaldehyde and Ni(OAc)2·4H2O. In combination with EAS cocatalyst, they displayed moderate to high catalytic activities in ethylene oligomerization under a pressure of 1.3 bar at various temperature. The main products are C4-C10 olefins (60-80 %), and with good selectivity to linear a-olefins. The turnover frequency (TOF) of catalyst system 2c/EAS, in an Al/Ni molar ratio of 200 and 30℃ of reaction temperature, was 44.5 ×10 3 h-1 with a selectivity to C4-C10 olefins (85.6%), and linear a-olefins accounted for 80.6 %. The steric effects of the ligands on ethylene oligomerization, as well as the reaction temperature, the Al/Ni molar ratios were studied. Scheme 1 Phenoxy-imine nickel (Ⅱ) complexes. |
