제목 2D and 3D Printable Functional Inorganic/Carbon Materials for Flexible/Stretchable Electronics and Energy applications
초록 Recently, wet-chemically driven, printable electrodes have been of paramount interest and importance in the field of electronics and energy applications. In this talk, the chemical methodology is introduced for synthesizing Ag, Cu, Ni, alloy nanoparticles, and hybrid carbons. The flexible electrodes are demonstrated based on an instant photonic sintering and a laser annealing process for metallic nanoparticles. The 2D/3D-printable stretchable electrodes are also introduced by formulating the conductive pastes employing metallic fillers and carbon nanotubes, and the printable piezo-resistive materials with a high gauge factor are suggested for monitoring the human motions. The electrochemical electrodes applicable to lithium ion-batteries will be discussed based on the hybridization of metal oxides and carbons, with properties of a high capacity, a superior cycling stability, and a high rate capability.
