제목 | Hybrid graphene films for transparent electrodes in optoelectronic devices |
초록 | Transparent electrodes commonly take on important roles of widely flowing current with high transparency in optoelectronic devices. In particular, graphene has taken a center stage in one of the next-generation transparent electrodes due to various advantages such as high transparency (~ 95% at 550 nm) and conductivity. However, there is a huge weak point to use a graphene sheet as transparent electrodes alone due to its high sheet resistance, especially as transparent electrodes replacing indium-tin oxide (ITO) for optoelectronic applications such as LEDs. In this work, we have demonstrated a variety of usages of a graphene sheet including a graphene interlayer and Ag-mesh-graphene sheets in GaN-based light emitting diodes (LEDs). Each LED having hybrid graphene films exhibited outstanding performance with excellent electrical and optical characteristics. |
