Influence of Adsorption Modes on Photovoltaic Efficiency of DSSCs |

TiO2 electrodes adsorbed with N719 and MK-2 dyes were employed as sensitizers to enhance the conversion efficiency of successive dye-sensitized solar cells. The adsorption characteristics, electrochemical properties and photovoltaic efficiencies of the dye-sensitized solar cells were examined. The adsorption kinetics were investigated in a small adsorption chamber and fitted with a pseudo-second-order model. The photovoltaic performance of a TiO2 electrode adsorbed with dyes was evaluated from current–voltage measurements. |
