제목 The efficiency improvement of solution-processed phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes though a newly designed ancillary ligand
초록 A novel multi-functional ancillary ligand oxadiazole complexe named as (TPQ)2Ir(acac-ET) based heteroleptic iridium(III) was synthesized. The thermal, electrochemical, photophysical and electroluminescent properties were intrinsically investigated. The highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) of (TPQ)2Ir(acac-ET) were 2.9 and 5.1 eV, respectively. The device structure of phosphorescent Organic Light Emitting Diodes was ITO/PEDOT:PSS/TCTA:TPBI:Dopant/TPBI/LiF/Al. It showed better performance than without ET such as maximum luminance efficiency of 3998 cd/A, maximum power efficiency of 2.84 lm/W and maximum external quantum efficiency of 9.67%.
