제목 | Efficient PSCs in the inverted architecture by increased charge carrier mobility using processing additives. |
초록 | Polymer solar cells (PSCs) with an inverted device structure have been extensive investigations for enhance both stability and power conversion efficiency (PCE). However, low mobility of the charge carriers in the polymer-fullerene composites, increases internal resistance of the device, which reduce both the short circuit current density (Jsc) and fill factor (FF). In this work, we fabricated inverted PSCs add to processing additive into the active layer. With decrease in series resistance (RS) and increase in shunt resistance (RSH), as a result, the JSC, open circuit voltage (VOC) and FF of the optimized device were 10.2 mA/cm2, 0.63 V and 61.3%, respectively, calculated the PCE was 4.0%. In addition, the stability of the fabricated device was improved. |
