제목 Local electrical properties of spin-coated Cu2ZnSnS4 thin-films with different sulfurization temperature in two-zone furnace
초록 Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) is the most promising thin-film solar cell. The precursors were grown by spin-coating and then pre-annealed at hot plate. After that sulfurization were heated in a furnace. The different sulfurization temperature were applied on CZTS precursors. Generally, bigger grain size has high efficiency and better device performances. However, as increasing the grain size of CZTS surface, the efficiency of CZTS solar cells decreased for these results. Thus we investigated the local electrical properties of the CZTS thin-films by scanning probe microscopy. The low efficiency CZTS (η<1%) shows low local current flowing through the grain boundaries (GBs). The high efficiency of CZTS (η>3%) indicate higher local current flow and high conductivity. From these result, sulfurization related to local current and device performances. Thus, we can suggest optimum sulfurization temperature and improving device performances of CZTS solar cell.
