제목 발전소 보일러 튜브재료의 고온증기산화거동
초록 The oxidation behavior of X20 steel in steam environments has been studied under isothermal conditions in a temperature range between 580 and 640℃. The magnetite (Fe3O4) phase was initially formed at the surface. The hematite (Fe2O3) phase was formed with increasing time and temperature. The inner and outer layers of oxide scale were divided by the original metal surface.
The Cr-rich area was observed beneath the original metal surface. Oxides scales formed on a serviced boiler tube at 540℃ for 70,000 h were also analyzed, and found that the scales were very similar in the oxide phase to the ones formed on the X20 steel. But there were differences in the micro structure and distribution of the Cr-rich area in the oxide scale. It was concluded that the mechanism of oxidation in the field conditions is different from that in the laboratory conditions.
