제목 Studies on the thermal stabilization enhancement of ABS;synergistic effect of novolac phenol &tetra-2,6-dimethyl phenyl resorcinol diphosphate nanocomposite
초록 The thermal and flame retardant properties of novolac phenol (NP) resins in mixtures with tetra-2,6-dimethyl phenyl resorcinol diphosphate (DMP-RDP) and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS) resins were evaluated. And it was also analyzed that enhancement is closely related to the morphology of the chars formed after combustion of the compounds. In this system, we applied nanocomposite. NP nanocomposites (Nano NP) and DMP-RDP nanocomposite (Nano DMP-RDP) were synthesized by intercalating NP and DMP-RDP into the galleries of organically modified mica-type silicate (OMTS), and we obeserbed thermal stabilization and char formation after Nano NP and Nano DMP-RDP were compounded with ABS.
