Surface relief gratings on P3HT:PCBM active layer for efficient polymer solar cells |
초록 |
One limiting factor to the efficiency of P3HT and PCBM based bulk-heterojunction polymer solar cells (PSCs) is weak absorbance of the photoactive layer. As an attempt to enhance the light absorption of PSCs resulting from the increase of optical pass length and light trapping in active layer, periodic structures were prepared on poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and 1-(3-methoxycarbonyl)-propyl-1-phenyl-(6,6)C61 (PCBM) active layer. The grating on an active layer is achieved by a soft lithographic approach using photoinduced surface-relief-gratings on azo polymer and poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) films as masters and stamps, respectively. Structural and optical properties as well as incident photon to current conversion efficiency and power conversion efficiency will be discussed. |
