제목 Morphology Development of Semifluorinated Diblock Copolymer Film via Solvent Vapor Treatment
초록 We have followed the time development of the well ordered striped structure in semifluorinated diblock copolymer ultrathin film via fluorinated block selective solvent vapor treatment. After preparation a film from block copolymer solution, a disordered worm likes micelle form. It is shown that only when the film exposed to fluorinated block selective solvent vapor for an appropriate time, the well-ordered packed striped micelle form. On an extended solvent vapor treatment, a mixed morphology containing spherical and stripes appears, followed by the striped morphologies. When the annealing time is long enough, the film comes back to the disordered form.
