제목 Interface Engineering via Self Assembled Monolayer for Highly Flexible Colloidal Quantum Dot Solar Cells​
초록 We have shown that polymer-based hybrid bilayerstructure is important to improve both efficiency and mechanical stability ofPbS colloidal quantum dot solar cells. To improve the mechanicalcharacteristics of brittle CQD film, we proposed the adhesive amphiphilicself-assembled monolayer (SAM) between CQD and polymer. As a result, not onlyinterface toughness between CQD and polymer was increased but also the crackdensity was reduced by SAM itself after bending. Also, the device efficiencywas improved by forming dipole layer with SAM.​
