제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Crosslinkable Low Band Gap Polymers for Organic Photovoltaic Applications
초록 A new crosslinkable low band gap polymers, poly(4,8-bis-alkoxybenzo(1,2-b:4,5-b’)dithiophene-2,6-diyl-alt-alkylthieno(3,4-b)thiophene-2-carboxylate), with 1-hexynyl crosslinkable substitutent as a pendant group were synthesized by Stille coupling polymerization. The resulting copolymers were soluble in organic solvents and spun cast onto the indium tin oxide (ITO) coated glass substrate to make a uniform thin film. After thermal crosslinking and rinsing the crosslinked thin film using chloroform, the π-π* transition peak and the absorption edge are almost appeared at the same wavelength as that of untreated copolymers. We fabricated organic photovoltaic (OPV) devices with ITO/PEDOT:PSS/polymer:PC71BM/LiF/Al configurations and photovoltaic performance were also studied and discussed.
