제목 Photothermal responsive hydrogel based 3D architectures via 3D printing process
초록 Smart materials are have researched in various material partincluding composite material, polymer, etc. In smart materials stimuli-responsivehydrogels have researched long-term interest and progress because it cantransform their properties via external physical or chemical stimulus such astemperature, pH, magnetic fields, etc. herein, we try to fabricate photothermalresponsive hydrogel using PNIPAM (poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide)) polymer which isfamous stimuli-responsive polymer that can shrinkage by thermal change. In orderto maximize the shrinkage phenomena, we attempt to fabricate 3D structure butmolding process which is most famous process to fabricate 3D architecture haslimitation of delicate works. Therefore, we fabricate NIPAM based bio-ink whichcan directly use with 3D printer. Through this process we can fabricatephotothermal responsive 3D hydrogel with various shrinkage ratio and shape thatwe want.
