제목 Optimization of pulping process for molded pulp in order to utilize unsorted ONP - pilot trial
초록 Molded pulp for egg containers is generally produced from 100% ONP. To reduce the production cost, it is required to utilize unsorted ONP containing fliers (color printed coated paper), which are difficult to slush. Optimum pulping condition was investigated with a mixture of 10% fliers and 90% ONP and with a Helico high consistency pilot pulper at Centre Technique du Papier, France. Effects of pulping consistency and rotor speed on defibering were studied and also various sequences of pulping in terms of rotor speed on pulp quality were tested.
