Recently many metal nanoparticles have received much attention in bioapplications due to their inherent properties. However, without a suitable support, metal nanoparitcles aggregate easily and it makes difficult to expect the original nano-effect. To overcome the problem we have immobilized metal nanoparticles in the polyelectrolyte film as a dispersed state. Various metal nanoparticles were used in this system and the basic cell viability examination of these samples have been done. More interestingly, we have studied the effect of the polymer film that contains the same metal nanoparticles on this evaluation. |
