Various thermosensitive poly(organophosphazene) gels bearing α-amino-ω-methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) (AMPEG), L-isoleucine ethyl ester (IleOEt), depsipeptide ehtyl ester as a hydrolysis sensitive moiety, monopeptide and dipeptide (GlyCOOH, GlyGlyCOOH) has been synthesized. The obtained polymers were characterized them by NMR, GPC, Viscosity measurement. All polymers showed sol-gel transition properties in an aqueous solution, and formed gel at 37℃ in pH 7.4 phosphate buffer solution. Hydrolytic behaviors of these polymers under physiological condition were carried out by measuring gel mass loss, molecular weight decrease, and change of 31P-NMR spectra. Most of the polymers were degraded with time and their degradation rate were dependant on several factors such as polymer composition, content of carboxylic acid or depsipeptide ethylester, temperature, and pH. |
