제목 One-pot facile synthesis of hollow poly(MAA/EGDMA/TMSPM) microspheres and their properties
초록 In this study, a facile preparation method for pH-responsive hollow hydrogel microspheres was developed. Poly(methacrylic acid/ethylene glycol dimethacrylate/trimethoxysilil propylmethacrylate) [poly(MAA/EGDMA/TMSPM)] microspheres were prepared by distillation-precipitation method. The hollow structure of the hydrogel microspheres with low crosslinking density was generated by changing pH condition of the external solution. After adding catalyst, the hydrogel micropspheres can be maintained their hollow structure under all pH conditions due to the post-crosslinking of the shell by sol-gel process. The structural changes and swelling ratio of hydrogel microspheres were characterized by optical microscopy and confocal laser scanning microscopy.
