제목 Fabrication of highly Conductive Film of Silver Nanowire / PEDOT:PSS Composite with Good Electrical Deviation
초록 In this work, we demonstrated highly conductive films of AgNW/PEDOT:PSS composite with excellent optical transparency and good electrical deviation. These properties are achieved by encapsulation of the AgNW network with conducting polymer. To confirm electrical and optical properties of the AgNW/PEDOT:PSS composite films, we analyzed electrical percolation behavior, surface morphology, optical transparency and sheet resistance of the films by atomic force microscope (AFM), UV-vis spectroscopy, and 4-probe conductivity meter. Transparent conducting films of multi-layer AgNW/PEDOT:PSS composite have a greater electrical percolation behavior and more good electrical deviation than conducting films of bare AgNW and single-layer AgNW/PEDOT:PSS composites. And we expect to be excellent candidates for the fabrication of high performance transparent electrode.
