제목 Development of Alginate Derivatives as Coating Material on Titanium Surface for Dental Application
초록 Alginate derivatives were prepared to coating titanium surface for improving osteoinduction and function. Phosphonated alginate was modified with 3-aminopropylphosphonic acid (P-alginate). The phosphonate group of P-alginate was identified by 31P NMR and FT-IR. There was a specific peak derived from phosphonate group at about 24 ppm form external standard. X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and water contact angle were carried out for characterization of titanium surface treated with P-alginate. To confirmed toxicity, cytotoxicity test was performed. Cell-adhesion test was demonstrated to improve cell adhesion on titanium surface.
