제목 Thermally cross-linkable hole injection materials based on oligo-triphenylamine
초록 Basically, organic electronic devices such as PLEDs and solar cell are made by placing emissive polymer films between a transparent electrode and a metal electrode. To get high efficiency, hole injection/transporting layer (HIL/HTL) should be introduced in organic electronic devices. To fabricate multi-layer structured device, the HIL/HTL should have organic solvent resistance. We synthesized triphenyl amine derivatives with thermally cross-linkable unit. In order to investigate organic solvent resistance of material, we investigate UV-Vis spectra of film before and after cross-linked films and washed cross-linked film with organic solvent. In this presentation, we will report synthesis, optical, electrochemical, and device properties.
