| 초록 |
In this study, a new type of biodegradable tri-component amphiphilic copolymers, o-carboxymethyl-chitosan-poly(ε-caprolactone)-poly (ethylene glycol) were prepared to develop a hydrophobicity of drug in carrier with both controlled release capability and long-circulating potentials. Then, physicochemical characteristics of these particles were investigated by 1H NMR, dynamic light scattering(DLS). |
