Recently, the immobilization method using many biologically activated substances such as growth factors has been used with coupling reagents. However, it has many issues with stimulation to tissue and cytotoxicity while drug releasing. In this study, we introduce photo-reacted group in the o-carboxymethyl chitosan. It is more hydrophilic than other photo-reacted derivatives because of o-carboxymethylchitosan including many hydrophilic groups. Moreover, it can be used for novel anti-adhesion on account of its features of significant hardening and non-cytotoxicity. |
