Effect of alkaline treatment of Korean white pine holocellulose on nanofibrillation efficiency and mechanical properties of nanopaper |
초록 |
Cellulose nanofiber is the most plentiful natural biopolymer and usually obtained from the bleached pulp by strong shearing force of mechanical fibrillation equipments. However, lignocellulose nanofiber (LCNF) with hemicellulose and lignin component can be also obtained after partly extracting them from the cell wall of lignocellulosic materials. The properties of LCNF is strongly affected by the content of hemicellulose and lignin, which are associated with cellulose microfibrills in lignocellulose. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of hemicellulose removal from holocellulose after complete delignification on the efficiency of mechanical nanofibrillation using disk mill and tensile properties of nanopapers. 본 연구는 2014년도 산림청 ‘산림과학기술개발사업(과제번호 : S211314L010130)’의 지원에 의하여 이루어진 것임. |
