The Polyurethane/organoclay nanocompsite was formed by high shearing. 20A and 10A were used to know the effect the benzene group used as organifier. First, the organoclays were dispersed in HTPB and the state was examined with varying amount of pure clay 5%, 10%, 15%. Above 15% of clay in HTPB, exfoliated organoclays hindered the further insertion of organoclay. It was confirmed from X-ray results and rheometric results.
