제목 Polyimide/ Amine Functionalized Graphene Hybrids for Potential Moisture Barrier Films
초록 Organic-inorganic hybrids of polyimide (PI) and graphene were prepared via in situ polymerization using amine functionalized graphene (AFG) nanosheets. Homogeneous poly (amic acid) (PAA) solution could be produced by adding and stirring amine functionalized graphene, 4,4'-Oxydianiline and Pyromellitic Dianhydride progressively in N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc). No agglomeration of graphene sheets after imidization and the formation of covalent bond between functionalized graphene and polyimide, investigate by SEM, FTIR and XRD, shows the successful synthesis of nanocomposite with enhanced mechanical and moisture barrier properties at about 3 wt% of percolation threshold of amine functionalized graphene and polyimide hybrid film.
