As the demand for microfluidic systems has recently increased and complex designs are required rather than simple designs, traditional methods have limitations. In addition, the production of traditional microfluidic devices is expensive and complicated. However, 3D compensated for the shortcomings of existing technologies by simplifying processes and reducing manufacturing costs. Among the techniques of several 3D printers, we compared Polyjet and DLP-SLA to optimize 3D printers. Polyjet uses a modeling resin and a supporter resin, which was confirmed to affect the surface and resolution of the printing sample. On the other hand, DLP-SLA had a smoother surface and better resolution compared to Polyjet-type 3DP resolution platform. This is because there is no rolling process without using a supporter material. Based on this, a microfluidic device was successfully manufactured, and monodispersible microshpere were successfully obtained using a 3DP microfluidic device. |
