Synthesis and characterization of graphene/polyethylene nanocomposites prepared by graphene/(n-BuCp)2ZrCl2 system |
초록 |
In this study, we achieved the production of graphene/polyethylene (PE) composites by the in situ polymerization with (n-BuCp)2ZrCl2 immobilized onto the graphene. The graphene/(n-BuCp)2ZrCl2 system can produce a very higher molecular weight graphene/PE composite nanosheet due to the electronic and steric effects of graphene. Graphene plays a role not only as a support for adsorption, but also as an additional ligand with strong electron donation to (n-BuCp)2ZrCl2 during ethylene polymerization. |
